Over a decade ago, Nikhil Abraham started coding in SAS and STATA to analyze data as an economic consultant. Since then, he has continued coding to automate repetitive and routine tasks in the workplace.

In that role he taught and trained thousands of beginning coders across a variety of professions in the United States and Europe. Companies who received training included AOL, Bloomberg, national newspapers, ad agencies, and movie studios among others. He has also trained alumni from universities such as Yale, Cornell, Northwestern, and the University of Virginia. Finally, he helped refine Codecademy's online courses, which have introduced basic coding skills to millions of learners around the world.
