Kevin F. Kern

Kevin F. Kern is an Associate Professor of History at the University of Akron. He received a B.A. and M.A. in Anthropology from Kent State University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in History from Bowling Green State University. His main areas of study are Ohio history and the history of anthropology and the eugenics movement in the early 20th century United States. He has appeared on the History Channel series "The States" and "How The States Got Their Shapes."
