Since 2000, Brian W. Jones's experience with coffee has involved working as a barista, being a home-coffee enthusiast, serving coffee at TED conferences and the Sundance Film Festival, competing in and organizing coffee competitions, and cofounding a coffee-roasting company in Oakland, California. Brian has written about coffee and its intersection with culture and design since 2009 on his website Dear Coffee, I Love You, and he has given talks about coffee around the world from Seattle to Stockholm to Shanghai. As a designer and writer, Brian uses both mediums to help others better appreciate and enjoy their daily coffee.
