Thousands of value changes were made in Volume 2, with robust activity in both Canada and China. Classic era and superior quality stamps pushed values up in Canada, where more than 1,300 changes were recorded. In China, over 3,500 values changed. More than 1,000 changes were made in Colombia. Other countries with significant activity included Cambodia, Estonia and French Guinea. There are a number of new listings in Volume 2. A total of 49 sets and souvenir sheets in the Democratic Republic of Congo are now described and valued in footnotes accompanying the listings for the normal, perforated stamps.
