About the Author
Abigail Flesch Connors has been teaching music and the science of sounds for over twenty years. She is the author of the award-winning "101 Rhythm Instrument Activities for Young Children" and three other books including "Shake, Rattle and Roll: Rhythm Instruments and More for Active Learning." Abby holds a B.Music from Manhattanville College and an M.A. in Education from the University of Connecticut. She has presented workshops on early childhood arts education, music for toddlers, multicultural music, and rhythm instruments for the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) , the New Jersey Association for the Education of Young Children (NJAEYC) , the New Jersey Music Educators Association, and other groups.
