In Minidoka An American Concentration Camp, photographer Teresa Tamura documents one of 10 such camps, the Minidoka War Relocation Center in Jerome County Idaho,and its survivors, all uprooted from their homes in Alaska, Washington, Oregon and California. She also documents many artifacts that were made in the camps. Her book comprises 180 black-and-white photographs supplemented by essays and interviews that fuse present and past.,
