About the Author
Yasmeen Rahim was born and brought up in London and lived in the Middle East for some time too.She always loved drawing pictures and reading children's stories; therefore started writing and illustrating her own from a young age.Yasmeen's stories were inspired from her own childhood experiences which quickly captured the dazzling minds of a young audience. She decided to get them published into 'real' books so that children from all around the world could read them.She has had author readings in schools where little children have been able to enter the lives of Hassan and Aneesa. They have been given the opportunity to ask Yasmeen a whole array of questions ranging from why she became an author to what did her first pen look like! Yasmeen continues to write children's stories and will be writing new additions to the Hassan and Aneesa series.
