About the Author
John Morris was born in Cold Ashby, Northamptonshire in the UK many years ago. His father was an aircraft engineer and his mother was the head teacher in the local village school. He moved to London where he obtained a Law degree then moved to Swansea in south Wales where he practiced law as a solicitor. Much of his practice involved criminal law. John is married and has two adult children. In 2000 he moved to Ireland and worked in Dublin as a lawyer until he retired in 2010. He now lives in Wicklow, Ireland with his wife, Yvonne, a dog and three cats. He has a passion for vintage cars, enjoys reading the works of John Le Carre, Ian Flemming and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Jack the Ripper: The Hand of a Woman, a work of non-fiction which took more than three years to write, is his first book.
