About the Author
Lorcan Dempsey grew up in Ireland, and has worked for library and educational organizations in Ireland, the UK, and the US. He lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his family. He is Vice President, Research, and Chief Strategist, OCLC. Previously, he oversaw Jisc's information services and programs. He has shaped thinking about the evolution of library services in the UK, Europe and the US.
