About this item

Little Bunny learns he can do things all by himself in this sweet introduction to common childhood experiences. In You Can Do It, Bunny Little Bunny is excited to start doing things on his own. He wants to make his bed, pour his own cereal, and ride a bike, but can he do it? Bunny bravely faces new tasks and discovers that even if he spills some cereal or puts his shirt on backwards, he can do lots of things all by himself. Throughout the book, Bunny is encouraged by the refrain 'You can do it, Bunny!' and two proud parents. A raised applique of Little Bunny peeks through the die-cut cover, welcoming children into the story. Playful illustrations and encouraging repetition make this board book a wonderful resource for little ones learning new things.

About the Author

Pamela Kennedy

Pamela Kennedy grew up in the Pacific Northwest, graduated from the University of Washington, then launched out with her Navy husband to visit a variety of home ports in the U.S. Writing was a portable career that traveled well and allowed her to hang around the house with her growing family. After leaving the Navy, the family put down roots in Honolulu, Hawaii for several years where Pam enjoyed teaching at a girls' school. Recently retired, both she and her husband have returned to Seattle to be closer to their adult children and their families. When she's not playing with her grandchildren, Pam continues to write essays and hymn stories for IDEALS Magazine as well as inspirational and devotional books for children and adults. She has also collaborated with her daughter, Anne Kennedy Brady, on several children's books. Together, they created the Otter B series for Focus on the Family/Tyndale Publishing.
