Adam Bryant

Adam Bryant is managing director of Merryck & Co., a senior leadership development and executive mentoring firm. A veteran journalist, Adam spent eighteen years at the New York Times as a reporter and editor, and has conducted in-depth interviews with more than six hundred CEOs and other leaders, starting with the weekly Corner Office interview series that he created for the Times in 2009. He is the author of two previous books on leadership, including the New York Times best-seller, Corner Office: Indispensable and Unexpected Lessons from CEOs on How to Lead and Succeed, and Quick and Nimble: Lessons from Leading CEOs on How to Create a Culture of Innovation. He is the senior adviser to the Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership at Columbia University.
