About this item

Detroit during WWII sees Southern whites and blacks working side by side, trying to out-produce the Germans and Japanese, but life there is a powder-keg. A killer emerges, a self-appointed soldier savaging the elderly and the defenseless. Lieutenant Zagreb's job is to catch the killer, keep the city from exploding, and save his own troubled soul.
