Neeta Saluja

I have been teaching cooking classes for many years. I have traveled extensively throughout India, the United States, Australia, and Japan, teaching Indian cooking for more than two decades. I continue to offer cooking classes at a local food Co-Op and several cooking stores in Madison, Wisconsin. I have presented about spices, their benefits, and how to incorporate them in our daily food. Spices not only help enhance the flavors and tastes in food but also help provide numerous health benefits. I believe in a simplistic approach to cooking and the incorporation of fresh ingredients. Through Six Spices, I teach how to blend spices and herbs to create well-balanced dishes with a great aroma and taste. My way of cooking is through simple techniques and fewer spices.
