Julie Winter

Julie Winter grew up in Southern California and currently lives in Redding, CA. She has a Master's degree in Nursing from UCLA and has worked as a nurse practitioner for 30 years. ReNew was written to give her patients practical tools to overcome anxiety and depression, with the goal to live life from a position of joy. The book is a series of patient stories that illustrate how anxiety and depression can be rooted from a physical, psychological, or spiritual cause and how treatment must be focused on the root. Each chapter ends with a personal study and action points to help the reader focus on a plan of recovery. Julie is married and has two sons and four grandchildren. Julie is deeply involved in her community and serves on the Redding City Council.
