Carolyn Baugh holds a Master's degree and a Doctorate in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is Associate Professor of History at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she teaches Middle East History and Arabic. She still can't believe she doesn't know how to play the saxophone.
