About the Author
Erica Pelton Villnave's involvement in children's literature began at The Maryland Institute College of Art. She loved the idea of using her artwork to tell stories that could inspire a child for a lifetime. Her watercolor illustrations are filled with whimsical imagery, vibrant colors and details that can guide both child and adult along wonderful journeys to any place and time. An animated cast of characters share the variety of experiences and emotions in the life of every child. Erica shares her rural home just outside of Troy, NY with her son and two very large dogs.
