Ernest's crocodile does not bite! It's very well trained. But when Ernest brings the crocodile to the school's pet show, his rival Cindy Lou gets very rude. Cindy Lou is sure her poodle Fifi will win best in show. She doesn't think Ernest's croc should be allowed to compete. But Ernest and his friend have some tricks prepared. They're going to prove that when a crocodile's not busy biting, it can really put on a show!
About the Author
Joe Kulka has been creating books for children for many years. His book, "Wolf's Coming!" has won several awards, including being named one the best books of 2007 by School Library Journal. Joe had the honor of being the illustrator for the USDA Forest Service's "The Story of Smokey Bear".
Joe's latest book is "The Christmas Coal Man" which tells the story of the man who mines coal for Santa Claus.
Joe teaches children's book illustration at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design, Moore College of Art and Design and Rosemont College.
