Award winning, Sue France FCIPD, INLPTA is passionate about the secretarial industry in which she has worked for over 33 years as an assistant, events manager, UK Secretarial Training Manager, international trainer & coach. She was awarded the UK "Times Crème/DHL PA of the Year '06"; finalist in the Smart European PA of the Year '07 and finalist in the International Business Woman of the Year 2012. Sue authored the 2nd edition of "The Definitive Personal Assistant & Secretarial Handbook" in August 2012 after the 1st edition became a best seller worldwide. She has also authored "The Definitive Executive Assistant & Managerial Handbook" in November 2012. Sue is a Certified NLP Practitioner and has a post graduate Diploma in HR Management and a Fellow of the CIPD. She is also a certified behavioural profiling TetraMap facilitator. Sue regularly presents at conferences and workshops worldwide and is an editorial board member for The Executive Secretary magazine and has held several Committee roles for European Management Assistants - a voluntary networking organisation for assistants including UK Public Relations Officer and UK Chairman.
