About the Author

Sue France

After working as an assistant, events manager, UK Secretarial Training Manager and awarded the "Times Crème/DHL PA of the Year 2006", Sue authored "The Definitive Personal Assistant & Secretarial Handbook." A revised edition will be out in 2012 along with her 2nd book "The Definitive Executive Assistant & Managerial Handbook". Sue is a Certified NLP Practitioner and has a post graduate Diploma in HR Management and a Fellow of the CIPD. She regularly presents at conferences and workshops worldwide and is an editorial board member for The Executive Secretary magazine and is the UK Chairman for European Management Assistants - a voluntary networking organisation for assistants.
