Jennie Lee

We are here to love, to be loved, and to know ourselves AS love. My practice of Yoga Meditation helps me to remember this and to strive for unconditional love in my decisions, conversations, and relationships. Meditation helps me to remember that we are all united in pure Consciousness (Love) and this helps me live with deep meaning and peace.

I have been teaching and writing about classical Yoga Meditation for almost two decades now. It is the practice that profoundly changed my life for the better, enabling me to overcome loss, grief, depression and stress, and to find joy and peace in my relationships and professional pursuits.

In addition to writing about this spiritual practice, I coach individuals on the ways in which they can live in greater Love. It is wildly exciting to me to share an "ah-ha moment" with someone when they realize they just don't have to suffer anymore. It really IS possible to choose freedom.

When I am finished counseling or writing for the day, my sacred place to unwind is the ocean, and fortunately I live near a lot of it! Floating on my surfboard at sunrise reminds me that Love is ever-present, all around me if I just open my heart to it.
