About the Author
Bridget Benson was born in Straide, Co Mayo, West of Ireland on the 8th June 1956. She was the 7th child born of nine children and had her first experience
of the Spirit World when she was only 3.
It became apparent that she was different from her siblings when, on her 7th birthday, her grandmother on her mother's side passed over and Spirit told her that this was to prepare her for her own father's passing when she was 12 and, as predicted, her father, who she loved dearly, passed over on the 17th December 1968 in Bridget's 12th year.
Bridget's life changed from that day on when she moved to England, within a week, from the lush meadows of Ireland to live in West Yorkshire, where she still remains today.
People have asked Bridget the question many times "Did it seem fair that she had to be told that her own father would pass? " Bridget's answer is "I was given the opportunity to make the very best of what little time was left with my dad" and I have no regrets.
Bridget's gift has enabled her to reach out to people all over the world to reassure them that life is eternal and our loved ones are only a thought away.
