About the Author
Math educator Sandra Rush has been tutoring math ever since her college and graduate school days. The math skills she teaches have helped hundreds of students to succeed in test-taking.
Sandra's extensive experience in editing math prep books revealed her flair for clearly and accurately explaining various aspects of the subject. As a tutor, she had amassed a large notebook of personal teaching tips to explain math concepts, even complicated ones, in simple terms. Therefore, it was natural for her to write her own book, GED Math Test Tutor, based on these notes. This first book, which garnered high praise, spurred her to write two test prep books for the Praxis Series of teacher certification exams, Praxis Core: Reading, Writing, & Mathematics (coauthor) and Praxis Mathematics: Content Knowledge. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
