Joe now serves as vice chairman of First Data Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. He is co-owner of the New York Yankees' Double-A minor league team affiliate, the Trenton Thunder, and the Philadelphia Phillies Single-A affiliate, the Lakewood Blue Claws, in addition to extensive philanthropic activities. He is the author of the forthcoming book "The Power of Being Yourself", and is considered one of the world's most passionate and effective public speakers, recognized for delivering one of the "Best Commencement Speeches, Ever" by NPR for his 2011 William & Mary address.
