All published recipes have been created and cooked in my kitchen at La Mano Verde in Berlin. My inspiration and taste for exotic food and flavors comes from my extended traveling and the research I made to understand the origin of our food and the evolution of ancient food to modern time.

I disagree with people starting a vegan diet without thinking about the consequences. A vegan diet, like every other diet has to be balanced. Your body and digestive system need time to adapt.Take always into consideration your health in first place. To maintain a healthy immune system, your body needs garden fresh food, vitamins, enzymes, calories and minerals.

With vegan food, we have a chance of starting something new, a clean and modern way of creating beautiful organic healthy food. As one of the pioneer I really enjoyed the creative part of blending new flavors and textures. For years my target was to surprise the non-vegan guests with our quality of cooking and imagination. Nothing is more effective than the visual and taste of good food. This is the reason why customers are coming back, again and again.

Eat as fresh as possible, balance your diet carefully. Going vegan with garden fresh ingredients is the base of a healthy vegan diet. After just a couple of days of a vegan diet, you can feel more energy, after a couple of weeks your immune system starts to get stronger, after a couple of months the natural aging process is slowing down. This is not a myth; I witnessed numerous times the changes made by vegan or raw diet on people. A green smoothie in the morning to replace coffee or tea is the best start.
