About the Author

Jim Molinelli

Jim Molinelli was trained to be an architect, and has also worked for decades in design-build remodeling. Now he teaches homeowners how they can master the remodeling process...

Molinelli is the quintessential remodeling expert. He holds three architecture degrees and a Maryland architectural license. He also taught for four years on the architecture faculty at Texas A&M University. His unique remodeling designs have won him more than fifty awards, and his service in the remodeling industry earned him two Maryland Governor's Citations for Meritorious Service!

In addition to his new book Remodel!, he is currently preparing a web-based remodeling Master-Class for homeowners to be introduced in June 2017.

He and his family live in the suburban Washington, DC area. He enjoys travel and golf, and is an avid baseball fan.
