Molly has been writing and illustrating picture books for thirty-five years. Her Early Readers have sold over 2 million copies. Molly just completed A Ticket for Cricket, a Beginner Book for Random House. Molly is a certified high school English teacher and preschool teacher. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in English literature and lives in northern California, and southern France, where she is working on a picture book about a courageous young mouse named Jackpot, who lives in medieval castle.
