About the Author
Teresa Robeson was born in Hong Kong, raised in Canada, and now lives on a mini-homestead in southern Indiana with her scientist husband. She has a life-long love of children's lit, science fiction, and nonfiction. Teresa draws upon her Chinese heritage, Canadian-American sensibilities, as well as her background in science and love of nature when she writes. "QUEEN OF PHYSICS: How Wu Chien Shiung Helped Unlock the Secrets of the Atom" is Teresa's debut picture book. It won the 2020 American Library Association Asian/Pacific American Award in the Picture Book category and was also a NCTE (National Council of Teachers of English) Orbis Pictus Recommended Book.
