Jose Pimienta grew up in Mexicali, Mexico. Heavily influenced by music and cartoons, his aim has always been to be a cartoonist. After high school he moved to Savannah Georgia where he studied Sequential Art. He made friends and learned things, both inside and outside of the classroom. Currently, he resides in Glendale, California making comics. He is still influenced by music and cartoons.
