Andrew Prahin is a Chicagoan who currently lives in London. He has written and illustrated one book which is called "Brimsby's Hats". Andrew thinks it's a fairly charming little book. But, in all fairness, if he didn't that would be a little odd, wouldn't it? Andrew hasn't won any awards, but maybe someday he will if he tries really hard.
