Andrew Ervin's most recent book is Bit by Bit: How Video Games Transformed Our World. He's also the author of two works of fiction, Burning Down George Orwell's House and Extraordinary Renditions. He has written essays and reviews for the New York Times Book Review, Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, Salon, and other places. He writes the "Geek Reads" column for Electric Literature, teaches part time at Temple University, and lives with his wife in Philadelphia.
