PAILIN CHONGCHITNANT was born and raised in Thailand, spending much of her childhood with the kitchen as her playground. She moved to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences. With a passionate desire to learn more about food and cooking, she made her way to Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco, and began cooking for both Thai and Western restaurants. She is now the creator and host of Hot Thai Kitchen, a popular cooking show on YouTube. The secret to the show's success is Pailin's educational approach to Thai cuisine. She thoroughly explains each step of the recipe, giving lots of tips along the way, with a warm and engaging personality that has gained her a massive following of Thai food lovers from around the world.
