About the Author
Ever since she can remember, Leife Shallcross has been fascinated by stories about canny fairy godmothers, heroic goose girls and handsome princes disguised as bears. Her first novel, The Beast's Heart, will be published by Hodder & Stoughton in May 2018. Her award-winning short fiction has been published in Aurealis, Daily Science Fiction and several anthologies.
