Tiffanie Turner
TIFFANIE TURNER is a fine artist specializing in botanical-based sculpture and paper flowers, a Zellerbach Family Foundation grant awardee, and the creator of the large-scale crepe paper peony "head." She is also a licensed California architect, an amateur art exhibit curator, and an instructor in the art of paper flower making across the United States and Mexico.
Her work has been exhibited in the San Francisco Bay Area's Bedford Gallery, Jack Fischer Gallery, the San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art, the Asian Art Museum and at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, where she was the May 2016 artist-in-residence. Tiffanie has appeared in Vogue, American Craft, the San Francisco Chronicle, Nylon Korea and O Magazine, and has been featured online on Design*Sponge, The Jealous Curator, Colossal and Poppytalk, among others.
Tiffanie is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's School of Architecture. Raised in the woods of New Hampshire, she now resides with her husband and two children in San Francisco, California, where she has lived for the past twenty years.
