About the Author

Linda Rosenkrantz

The big news is the republication of my 1969 novel TALK by New York Review Books Classics, this time presented as its authentic self--as based on actual audiotapes made by three friends, (one of whom might be me) , mostly on the beach at East Hampton, over the summer of '65. It launched on July 7th, and is, happily, attracting a lot of attention, with positive reviews in the New Republic, Paris Review, LA Times, NY Times (3x) , the Guardian, Harpers, The Toast, Millions and more. It is the NYRB Classics selection for July.
