Jason A. Prescott, CEO of JP Communications, Inc., directs a network of global trade platforms used for sourcing products by millions of businesses and entrepreneurs. Mr. Prescott spearheaded the acquisition of Manufacturer.com from a group of Chinese nationals and foreign investors in 2009. Mr. Prescott is a pioneer in business-to-business online trade platforms. He has given presentations at Search Engine Strategies, SIPPA, SANDIOS, ASD Trade Shows (Strategies to Sell Chain Stores) , and the San Diego Software Council. Mr. Prescott also has provided consulting and educational seminars in China for entrepreneurs wishing to invest in the U.S. market and has given seminars in China to various government entities. He has consulted with hundreds of Chinese, South American, Mexican and Central American factories on international export strategies. In addition, Mr. Prescott authored one of the first search marketing courses for the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization and was on SEMPO's Education Committee.

When it comes to accomplishments, Mr. Prescott was named as U.S. investment advisor to the city of Jiaozhou, China, in 2011. JP Communications, Inc., was awarded the first international broker agreement by the ASD Trade Show in 2011 as a company from the United States that successfully brought in several of China's most prominent electronics manufacturers and exporters. Mr. Prescott was also chosen by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile to lead its post- Sourcing MAGIC trade-show delegation on a tour of Los Angeles, the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) , and sourcing events. He took part in the Los Angeles mayor's delegation to China in 2011 to promote bilateral trade and investment in the high-tech/energy sector. Mr. Prescott was chosen as the online sourcing B2B partner of SOURCING at MAGIC, ASD, National Hardware Show, OffPrice Show, and Internet Retailer. Lastly, Mr. Prescott has successfully closed grants and government funding from Beijing.
