Jennifer Gefsky is a practicing labor and employment attorney in New York City and the Co-Founder of the digital platform Après, a website that provides inspiration and advice to women looking to pivot in their careers or return to the workforce after taking a career break. Jennifer started Après after taking her own seven-year career break to focus on her family. Jennifer lives in Chappaqua, New York with her husband David and three kids, Grace, Henry and Blake.
