Josh Gondelman is a writer and comedian based in New York City. He's the author of the upcoming debut essay collection "Nice Try: Stories of Best Intentions and Mixed Results" (Harper Perennial, Fall '19) . Additionally, Gondelman has won three Emmy awards for his work as a writer on "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver," and he currently works as a writer and producer for "Desus & Mero" on Showtime.
