Simone De La Rue began training in classical ballet at the age of three and enjoyed a successful dance career spanning over two decades, including numerous performances on Broadway, London's West End and her native Australia. After leaving the dance world to become a professional trainer, Simone worked with renowned trainer Tracy Anderson before opening her own studio, Body By Simone, in New York City.Simone and her workout methods have been featured in such publications as The New York Times, O Magazine, W Magazine Allure, Cosmopolitan, Elle, People, Marie Claire, and Shape; she has also been featured in local and national television shows, including a recent February 2013 segment on E! News for the Oscars. Simone's clients include actors, models and fashion designers as well as everyday women and new mothers looking to lose baby weight.
