About this item
No one knows what Arthurs funny-looking costume represents, but even his school principal calls it a winner! Arthurs frustrations and hassles ring true, and kids will enjoy the constantly changing costumes. Hobans expressive chimp faces catch the nuances of feeling, and the soft colors catch the action wonderfully well. - SLJ.
