Depressed, Daniel (Plutarco Haza) is going through a difficult moment in his life, professionally and emotionally, when suddenly everything changes. One day, his former father-in-law knocks on the door, surprising Daniel with the news that he has a daughter, the child of a girlfriend whom he dated eight years ago. The mother has passed away, and now Daniel must take charge of little Samantha (Sophia de la Mora) .
