During the Mexican Civil War, a revolutionary general (Armendriz) and his troops seize the conservative town of Cholula, near Mexico City. Even as the revolutionaries mistreat the wealthy people of the town, the general falls for beautiful and wild Beatriz Peafiel (Mara Flix) , the daughter of one of the town's richest men.
