Mickey (Edward Burns) , a free-spirited New York cabbie and Francis (Mike McGlone) , a materialistic Wall Street stockbroker, are extremely competitive and confused about women as a result of their father's (John Mahoney) influence. Though they disagree about nearly everything, they have one thing in common: Mickey's ex-fiance Heather (Cameron Diaz) is Francis's secret lover. Though both brothers have beautiful wives (Maxine Bahns and Jennifer Aniston) , Heather triggers their longtime sibling rivalry with uproarious and unexpected results.
